Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or the error was made by us.
Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Sale or promotional items are not eligible for a refund but may be exchanged for an item of equivalent value.
